Welcome from Lancaster Unleashed, Inc.!

We are Lancaster Unleashed, Inc, an organization working toward getting a dog park. Lancaster, New York currently has almost 6000 licensed dogs. They need a place to exercise and socialize. Please support a dog park in our town!

We have 3 possibilities for a dog park in our town:

  1. A town park in Lancaster - We have attended a town board meeting and spoken to town officials about available places.
  2. Como Lake Park in Lancaster, which is a county park - We have sent a brief proposal to the county and have spoken to the county parks department over the phone. We are currently working on a more thorough, formal proposal to send to them.
  3. We may look into sending a proposal to the Village of Lancaster as well.
